If I buy something online with someone else's credit card, will they be able to see the address it was shipped?

I have my ex boyfriends amazon account password, and his card is ready to be used on there, and if I buy something, but ship it to my address, will it appear on his card statement where it was shipped to? He's screwed me over so many times. He stole a camera of mine, and I simply want to buy a new one since he won't give it back. My dad does not work, and is making my mom suffer, Repoman coming?
I am a 16 year old high school student. My dad has not work in 4 years. Basically, he has no money. He refuses to work because claims he can't find any. All he does is clean the house and add unnecessary improvements to the house. My mom is the one to pay all the bills, including Mortage. My parents have always had arguements about money and stuff. Recently my dad claims he has a job. He said that he buy and sold those food vouchers from casinos. He applied for bankruptcy 2 years earlier. It has been really hard these few years. I had to watch my mom cry because she couldn't make ends meet. My dad even started making excuses from not trying to find work because he told me in chinese, "Yeah right. I'm never going to work, I don't want my money to go to welfare for the black people." His job only makes like 20 dollars a day, he doesn't even use the money to pay any of the house bills, he just uses it to buy food for himself and I mean ONLY himself. He has tried to find jobs in 2009, he found one, it didn't pay well enough, so he quit. He has no High School Degree, and spends his time in his own room.( My dad has his own bedroom) I remember found a sex tape with him and some hooker, I only watched 10 seconds of it. I suspected that he used his money on sex.( My mom has given up on talking to him. She tries not to notice him.) Recently my dad told me that my mom and him were getting a divorce, cept they have been talking about divorcing for over 5 years. My mom doesn't want to because I know she doesn't want to hurt us in anyway, though I understand, aswell as my older sis and younger brother. Cept this time I hope she actually applies for a divorce. I also do not believe my dad should have any of the money that was used to buy the house, my mom has been paying for the mortage eversince we bought the house in 2005.
- Whats even worse is that today, my dad told me that he owes 30000 to a credit card company or someone. He wants to move the flat screen, the refrigerator, and the gaming desktop(mine), and my tablet to his friends house. He told me that this was a court order that said that they wanted to inspect the house on some stuff that the company/guy can sell to get back his money. My mom owns both cars. He told me that the house and the cars wont be affected but the inside of the house will. I was shocked and Angry and I am so going to tell my mom when she gets home from work. I seriously do not know what to do now. My mom does not have 30000 in her pocket to pay off the debt. Neither do my two older sisters. (30 and 28. Both have a job and one lives in the city. They give $500 dollars to my mom every month.) I am scared that the "repomen" will actually come to the house and take away every single thing in the house. What do I do? I swear this stuff is not even his. I do not even know why he owes 30000 dollars, and moving the stuff out is too much of a hassle. ANY ADVICE ON WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN?
P.S.- I have a part time job. I give my mom the money.
